Bluffinia
Contact concert organizers to secure a date for MTF, and plan display. Volunteers needed at the event to "be a presence" for MTF. Enlist MT Teens to assist.
Fun event that can be done with your family in tow!

Constant Contact
Create brief monthly newsletter and send notices of special events using Constant Contact (no CC experience necessary), as well as maintain our email database.

Lake Bluff Parade-100th Anniversary
Devise a theme and enlist volunteers for the 4th of July parade. And the best part is (other than celebrating Mothers Trust), you get to be on TV!

Membership
Plan and host 4 events during the year designed to attract new members and enhance connection between committed Friends and MTF. Create updated Friends and Sustainers membership list via confirmation letter and phone calls. Great for party lovers and the future of MTF!

MTF Project
Assist in designing some type of creative "gift" representing MTF, its mission, and the people served. Ideas might include a set of note cards with artwork/thank-you note created by children served. Item would be available for sale at different events and offered as an alternative to typical hostess gifts, etc.

Publicity
Maintain calendar for the year of all events and publication deadlines.
Create timely press releases and follow-ups for area publications.
Fun opportunity for a writer-big impact for Mothers Trust!

Service Committee Agency Outreach
Lend a helping hand in MTF's quest to reach out to service agencies throughout Lake County.
Research, call, or visit agencies to gather information.
The more we reach, the more we touch.

Speaker's Bureau
Join others to represent MTF at any events that fit with your schedule.

Training and scripts (if requested) will be provided; all you need is a passion for MTF and a few free hours!
