Mothers Trust Service Meeting Blog January 18,2012

This morning we had 25 cases, with 5 cases held over from last week. Of our new cases, two cases were placed on hold pending further information, and once case was denied due to long term instability in a family's housing situation. One of our cases involved a family of four with no financial support, with the oldest child requesting help to attend Warren Township Tech Campus.  Another case involved a homeless family with a domestic violence situation who needed legal support to receive work authorization.  We had 3 requests for portable cribs for infants, and an emergency request for clothing for a family that had a fire in their home last evening. Our grants totaled $2633.
